Crisis Services

If there is an immediate threat to physical safety, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If calling 911, notify the operator that it is a psychiatric emergency and ask for police officers trained in crisis intervention or trained to assist people experiencing a psychiatric emergency.

If you are not experiencing an immediate threat to physical safety, and are already receiving counseling, please contact your therapist. They may be able to do an emergency session or crisis intervention session, depending on your needs.

Please know, you are not alone! Help is available to you. Talk to family and/or friends that offer support and try not to withdraw from others.
