Florida Community Health Centers
Florida Community Health Centers, Inc. provides comprehensive primary and specialty health care and patient support services through a network of Centers surrounding Lake Okeechobee and across Florida’s Treasure Coast.

Free & Charitable Clinics
The Florida Association of Free & Charitable Clinics seeks to advance Florida’s health care safety net by empowering organizations that increase access to care for the underserved. Explore its member directory to find a clinic near you. 
HIV, STD, and Hepatitis Testing and Vaccines
If you are sexually active, getting tested for STDs is one of the most important things you can do to protect your health. Visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to find organizations in your area offering free or reduced cost self-tests. 
Insulin Distribution Program
Offered through Florida Health, the Insulin Distribution Program is a safety-net program for individuals of low income in need of insulin. 
Other Family Assistance Program
From low-cost health insurance for uninsured children to discount drug programs, visit the Florida Health website to find a list of family assistance programs available to Florida families. 
Planned Parenthood
Planned Parenthood is one of the nation’s leading providers of high-quality, affordable health care, and the nation’s largest provider of sex education. Visit the Planned Parenthood website to find your nearest clinic. 
RAHMA Mercy Clinic
The RAHMA Mercy Clinic works to promote the well-being of the Gainesville community by providing access to free quality health care. 
Rural Mobile Outreach Program
The Mobile Outreach Clinic has partnered with Catholic Charities of Gainesville to further extend its mission and outreach to other communities including Micanopy and Hawthorne through the Rural Mobile Outreach Program. 
Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program
Through the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program, the HIV/AIDS Bureau provides a comprehensive system of HIV primary medical care, medications, and essential support services for low-income people with HIV. 
UF Mobile Outreach Clinic 

The UF Mobile Outreach Clinic collaborates with patients, students and community organizations to create long-term, cost-effective and sustainable solutions.

 

Dental

Alachua County Organization for Rural Needs
The Alachua County of Organization for Rural Needs Clinic is a non-profit 501c3 organization that provides high-quality, comprehensive dental care for individuals and families of rural North Central Florida regardless of ability to pay.   
Aza Health
Aza Health is a private non-profit community and migrant health center that operates 10 full-time primary care centers offering a wide range of services, three full-time dental centers, and nine full-service pharmacies in six contiguous counties in northern Florida. 
D.M.D. Student General Dentistry 
D.M.D. Student Dental Center fees are generally 30% to 50% less than in private practice. Patients are required to pay for routine care at each appointment. For extensive treatment, such as crowns or dentures, payment plans may be arranged.

Florida Health has curated a provider lists for low-income individuals in need of dental help.  
Gainesville Community Ministry Dental Clinic
The Gainesville Community Ministry provides emergency help and hope to families and individuals who are in crisis and lack the basic necessities of life. 
Santa Fe Dental Clinic
The Santa Fe College Dental Clinic offers x-rays, oral examination, dental hygiene planning, cleaning, topical fluoride treatments, sealants, and oral hygiene instructions.
UF Mobile Outreach Clinic Dental Providers List
The UF Mobile Outreach Clinic has a curated provider lists for low-income individuals in need of dental help.  
UF Student Oral Surgery Clinic
The Student Oral Surgery Clinic is a walk-in facility that provides urgent care for adult patients in pain. Minors between 13 and 17 can also be seen here when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
