GatorCare workshops range from 15–90 minutes depending on your office needs, and can be conducted online or in person and include topics like meal prepping, stress management, meditation and mindful eating.
UF departments may request a one-hour introductory workshop, with the option of adding four supplementary 45-minute sessions for those interested in establishing a regular practice.
